The New Mexico Human Services Departments Legislative Finance Committees report Evaluation of the Cost and Outcomes of Selected Behavioral Health Grants and Spending examines the state and federally funded adult behavioral health services under the Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD) and the current health and consumer outcomes being achieved through the behavioral health system.
