In this presentation given May 16, 2014, as part of a request for information (RFI) process opened on May 9, 2014, the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) described its plans for a one-year pilot program to test privatized foster care services in two regions spanning 18 counties in northwest, central, and northeast Georgia.
