2011 Annual Report For The Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring Program II

The Office of National Drug Control Policy has released an annual report for the Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring (ADAM) Program II. The report found that in 2011, between 64% and 81% of adult males arrested in 10 cities monitored in the Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring Program II tested positive for illegal drugs. The report included an overview of ADAM, demographics, drug use and drug market activity among arrestees, as well as a summary and conclusions.
