New York OMH RFP For Long Island Transition to Community Residential Program

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) sought a contractor to develop and operate three 25-bed housing units each for persons with serious mental illness (SMI) residing in the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center Residential Care Center for Adults located on Long Island. The five-year contract valued at $12.5 million was awarded to The Federation of Organizations.
