Colorado House Bill 22-1283: Youth & Family Behavioral Health Care
The legislation was signed on May 18, 2022. It enhances residential services for persons with behavioral health needs, and appropriates funding for new residential and respite services. Specifically, it provides operational support for psychiatric residential treatment facilities and qualified residential treatment programs for youth.
