April 2008 The State of Ohio Departments of Mental Health, Job and Family Services, and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services have proposed changes to the funding structure for the states behavioral health system. The three departments plan to change the financing structure to improve consumer access and service delivery. This document provides background information and an outline of the future system model.
