May 20, 2009 This memorandum provides the final FY 2009-10 statewide standardized service rates and overall authorization caps for Colorado's Supported Living Services (SLS) and Children's Extensive Support (CES) Medicaid waiver programs for people with developmental disabilities. These statewide standardized service rates have been established by the Division for Developmental Disabilities and approved by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing for the purchase of Medicaid waiver services.
