ACF Single Source Notice Of Contract With American Public Human Services Association for the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
On May 21, 2015, the federal Administration for Children and Families (ACF) awarded a $1.2 million contract to fund national expansion of a new web-based electronic case-processing system called the National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE); the system is intended to speed up the pace of interstate placement compacts between states. The contract was awarded to the American Public Human Services Association, and its affiliate, the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children.
