On May 25, 2023, the Nebraska Legislature published this Legislative Bill 276 to adopt eht Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Act. The Act will allow the creation of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCHBCs) throughout Nebraska.
