Executive Summary of the 5th Annual Co-Occurring State Incentive Grant Meeting

May 28 - 30, 2008 The report provides an overview of states' successes in developing services for people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) convened the Fifth Annual Co-Occurring State Incentive Grant (COSIG) Grantee Meeting on May 2830, 2008. Attendees included 170 members of the 19 COSIG states, federal and Co-Occurring Center for Excellence representatives, and invited guests.
