May 28, 2008 This Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued by The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and seeks proposals from qualified private non-profit applicants to develop and operate Assertive Community Treatment for Recovery (ACT for Recovery) programs. Communities targeted for service enhancement include the Greater New Britain area, and Greater Manchester/Enfield area.
