Michigan Seeks Housing & Homeless Program Services, ITB-NK-ADMIN-14-99003

On October 1, 2013, the Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS) awarded the Salvation Army – Eastern Michigan Division Harbor Light a $33.6 million, three-year contract to provide the statewide housing and homeless program services sought via this procurement. Through this contract, The Salvation Army will provide housing and homeless program services to an estimated 15,000 eligible clients (5,000 per year), including both individuals and families. The contract started October 1, 2013 and runs through September 30, 2016.
