U.S. DOJ v. Jonas ACLU Amicus Brief

In May 2019, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed an amicus brief in response to the case, U.S. DOJ v. Jonas concerning the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requesting consumer electronic health data from a software vendor in 2019 to aid investigations against physicians who allegedly inappropriately prescribed controlled substances.
