May 30, 2008 On July 1, 2008, Indiana Department of Child Services awarded Ball State University's Social Science Research Center $310,022.96 to provide coordination and management services to Indiana counties in Regions 7 (Blackford, Delaware, Grant, Jay, Randolph), 12 (Fayette, Franjlin, Henry, Rush, Union, Wayne), and 15 (Dearborn, Decatur, Jefferson, Ripley, Ohio, Switzerland).
