On March 30, 2012, IMPAQ International released an interim evaluation report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding home- and community-based alternative to psychiatric residential treatment facilities. The report described the demonstration program and evaluation approach, as well as a summary of the findings. The report also included information of the successes, challenges, similarities, and differences of the demonstration program among state grantees.
