In June 2013, the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) released a bulletin as part of the Juvenile Offenders and Victims National Report series. This bulletin provides the results of the Census of Juveniles in Residential Placement (CJRP), a biennial survey of public and private juvenile residential facilities in every state that the U.S. Census Bureau conducts.
