CMS Round 2 Health Care Innovations Grants, Instructions Letter of Intent to Apply

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a “Letter of Intent to Apply” form for the second round of their Health Care Innovation Awards. This initiative will fund applicants who propose new service delivery models along with the design of corresponding new payment plans that will provide improved quality of care and reduced costs for Medicare, Medicaid, and Children’s Health Insurance Program enrollees.
