Legacy Health System v. OHA Appeal

On June 5, 2024, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit published this appeal in the case of Legacy Health System v. OHA. In response to the appeal, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that the complaint had previously been wrongfully dismissed.
