April 2007 Health Care Integration Agencies: Notice Of Medicaid Waiver Foster Care Program Opportunities The New York State Bridges to Health (B2H) waiver will allow Medicaid to pay for services which are supplementary to services available through Medicaid state plans and foster care. B2H will be implemented over a three year period with an anticipated enrollment of 3,305 children and youth.
