Memo to Provider Organizations Funded through the Illinois Division of Developmental Disabilities

June 11, 2009 Lilia Teninty, director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Illinois Department of Human Services, sent the memo to provider organizations. It explained that cuts were required by the General Assembly, which approved a 50% budget for fiscal year 2010 that starts July 1, 2009. DHS was required to cut $2.24 billion from its budget.
