In this report released June 10, 2015, the University of California, Berkely for the CLASS Coalition and United Way of Greater Los Angeles analyzed the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) implementation of a new state funding stream called the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) intended to support programs for at-risk students including those in foster care, those from low-income families, and English language learners.
