The inspectors reviewed a sample of 200 maintenance claims, which are based on a per diem rate of $300 or less. Of the 200 claims investigated, 154 were allowable, and 30 were unallowable: 27 provided services to ineligible children, and three were related to services provided at unlicensed or unapproved foster care facilities.
