Tennessee DIDD Seeks Psychiatric Services For Middle Tennessee Resource Center

On October 1, 2012, The Columbus Organization started a five-year contract valued at $1.7 million with the Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) to provide psychiatric services for individuals served through the Middle Tennessee Resource Center. The services will be provided by Columbus Medical Services. The contract runs through September 30, 2017. DIDD released the request for proposals (RFP 34401- 00390) on June 18, 2012. By the July 10, 2012 deadline, DIDD received two responses, one from The Columbus Organization, and the other from LocumTenens.com. The contract was awarded on July 20 . . .
