California’s San Bernardino County Seeks Comprehensive Children’s Services

On June 18, 2013, California’s San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) awarded nine separate three-year contracts to provide comprehensive children’s services, including mental health prevention, early intervention student assistance, school-aged treatment, and children's intensive services. The DBH released the request for proposals (DBHE13-CHLD-0281) on January 9, 2013, with proposals due by February 25, 2013. The contracts, for various dollar amounts, all began on July 1, 2013, and run through June 30, 2016.
