Contra Costa Health Plan Frequently Asked Questions About Decision To Exit Covered California For 2015

On June 19, 2014, officials with Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP), a qualified health plan (QHP) for residents of Contra Costa County, California announced that the health plan will not participate in the Covered California Health Insurance Marketplace for the 2015 plan year. This document is a fact sheet issued by the county about the decision.
