On June 4, 2012, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) announced that the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) had approved the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) waiver renewals for the Consolidated and Person/Family Directed Support Waivers on May 24, 2012. The approved waiver renewals were effective July 1, 2012 for a period of five years. This document has links to documents to help Individuals and Families, Supports Coordinators (SC), SC Supervisors, Supports Coordination Organizations (SCO), Administrative Entities, Providers and other interested parties understand how the waiver affects them.
