New Mexico DDSD 1915(C) Waiver Program Assessment Report – Phase 1

On June 22, 2023, the New Mexico Department of Health (DOH) published this Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) Phase 1 1915(c) waiver program assessment report. From March 17 to April 20, 2023, health officials and partners conducted in-person checks on 6,815 participants in the New Mexico Developmental Disabilities program.
