TennCare II Demonstration Amendment #27: Employment & Community First CHOICES

In this document released in June 2015, the Tennessee Medicaid program and the Deparment of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) described a new long-term care program to be added to its Medicaid managed care organization services.
