California DDS Letter To Regional Centers Regarding Budget Changes For 2013-2014

The memo from the California Department of Developmental Services informs the state's 21 Regional Centers that oversee provision of developmental services about the specifics of a provision in California’s 2013-2014 budget affecting how the centers handle consumers covered by commercial health insurance. Previously the regional centers could provide financial assistance to insured consumers to cover copayments and coinsurances.
