The ruling was issued on June 29, 2018. The Court invalidated the federal approval of the Kentucky HEALTH 1115 Medicaid waiver. In that waiver, Kentucky intended to link Medicaid eligibility for able-bodied beneficiaries to their participation in the workforce, or other approved volunteer or work preparation activities.
