Supplemental Court Order to Enforce Consent Decree in B.H. et al., v Illinois Department of Children & Family Services

June 30, 2009 The court ruled that although the state of Illinois, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) faces severe budget difficulties, it must continue to provide programs and services mandated by the consent decree in B.H. et al., v Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
