East Texas Council Of Governments Regional Mental Health Care Services & Expenditures

The report was released on June 30, 2014, by the East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG). The ETCOG commissioned Morningside Research and Consulting to analyze the needs of ETCOG’s 14 counties and the four local mental health authorities (LMHAs) serving the region. The researchers analyzed mental health-related spending data for 2012 for each county and LMHA.
