Contract Agreement Between Orange County and Orangewood Children’s Foundation: Emancipation and Independent Living Program contract

July 1, 2011 On July 1, 2011, the director of the Orange County Department of Social Services Agency administered an agreement between Orange County and Orangewood Children's Foundation, a non-profit organization. Under the contract, Orangewood would provide Emancipation and Independent Living program services through June 30, 2014. The Orangewood Children's Foundation ILP provides access to a trained Independent Living Specialist who provides and coordinates an array of independent living services available in the county.
