In July 2012, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) released a directory for 87 new organizations selected by CMS to participate in the Shared Savings Program for the second performance period beginning on July 1, 2012. The directory includes the following information: ACO name; geographic service area: ACO executive name and contact information; and ACO press or outreach name and contact phone number.
