NC DHHS Adult Care Home Provider Bulletin Regarding HB 950 Transition Planning for Implementation of Consolidated Personal Care Services

As of January 1, 2013, North Carolina Medicaid will limit eligibility for adult home personal care services (PCS) to people needing some assistance with three or more activities of daily living (ADLs), or to people with some impairment in one ADL and full impairment in another ADL. This bulletin informs adult care home provider organizations about the changes.
