In July 2013, the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance published a revised model contract to be used with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs ) contracting with New Jersey to provide prepaid, capitated comprehensive health care services to populations covered under Medicaid's NJ KidCare and NJ FamilyCare.
