California DHCS Fact Sheet On Plan For Medicaid CCS Whole-Child Model Implementation

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is planning to move its California Children’s Services (CCS) specialty program to Medi-Cal managed care plans on a phased-in basis in certain counties. DHCS seeks to implement a Whole Child Model.
