North Carolina Department Of Health & Human Services Strategic Housing Plan

On July 1, 2024, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) published this strategic housing plan. The plan addresses the housing needs of individuals with disabilities, to include people with disabilities who are currently receiving or eligible for NCDHHS-funded services at the state and local levels, who are either experiencing homelessness, currently residing in congregate settings or at risk of entry into these settings.
