On July 2, 2019, the State of Oregon published this Measure 109: the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act. This measure directs the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) — after a two-year development period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022 — to license and regulate the manufacturing, transportation, delivery, sale and purchase of psilocybin products and the provision of psilocybin services.
