New York State Adult Behavioral Health RFQ Cover Letter for Rest of State Applicants

On July 3, 2015, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) released a request for qualifications (RFQ) for integrated Medicaid managed care behavioral health plans for adults living outside New York City.
