New York Request For Qualifications For Adult Behavioral Health Benefit Administration: Managed Care Organizations and Health and Recovery Plans

On July 3, 2015, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) released a request for qualifications (RFQ) for integrated Medicaid managed care behavioral health plans for adults living outside New York City. Responses are due by September 18, 2015. The state anticipates announcing conditional designations by late October 2015, and final designations by March 2016. The plans would begin implementation by July 1, 2016. This document is the RFQ.
