On July 6, 2016, Aetna Better Health of Pennsylvania Inc. filed this complaint against the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regarding Request for Proposals (RFP) Number 0605. The RFP requested proposals from managed care organizations (MCOs) for the delivery of physical health services to persons eligible for health care coverage under Medicaid HealthChoices.
