Colorado Title IV-E Waiver Child Welfare Demonstration Project Proposal

In its Title IV-E waiver application, the Colorado Department of Human Services (DHS) proposed focusing its efforts on three federal child welfare goals: increase permanency for children, to increase positive outcomes for children and families, and to prevent child abuse and neglect and re-entry to out-of-home care. All 64 counties will participate.
