On July 11, 2013, the Colorado Department of Human Services Office of Behavioral Health published a request for proposals (RFP) to enhance the state's behavioral health crisis response system by establishing a comprehensive, easily accessible and integrated system for people who are experiencing significant behavioral health crises.
