Child Welfare Policy Manual: 8.4C General Title IV-E Requirements, Child Support – Questions & Answers

On June 8, 2022, the federal Administration For Children & Families (ACF) published the document to answer questions about policy changes to specific sections of the Child Welfare Policy Manual. The questions pertain to Section 8.4c of the Child Welfare Policy Manual regarding a general Title IV-E requirement for that parents pay child support for their children placed in foster care.
