1115 Waiver Demonstration – Maryland Health Choice – Renewal

On July 13, 2021, Maryland Governor Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr. published this 1115 waiver demonstration waiver renewal application to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This renewal period will focus on maintaining high quality, cost-effective services and pilot programs initiated in the last waiver renewal period.
