Montana DPHHS Public Hearing Notice For Nursing Facility Reimbursement Rates For State Fiscal Year 2019 – MAR 37-845

The notice was issued by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services for a public hearing about Medicaid rates for nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The hearing took place on June 12, 2018. The state proposed extending a 2.99% rate cut to reimbursement rates through fiscal year 2019.
