July 15, 2011 The Ohio Department of Family Services (ODJFS) audited the state Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) contracts for fiscal years 2009 and 2010. Nine of the 10 contracts audited had adequate documentation for payments made. However documentation for the tenth, DODD's contract with Advocacy and Protective Services Inc. (APSI) for guardianship services for persons with disabilities was deemed to be inadequate. The auditors requested that DODD submit further documentation for funds paid for administrative costs.
