New Mexico Centennial Care CMS Special Terms & Conditions For Waiver

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ brief outlines special terms and conditions (STCs) for New Mexico’s “Centennial Care” section 1115(a) Medicaid demonstration, to enable the New Mexico Human Services Department to operate this demonstration. Implementation of the demonstration may begin January 1, 2014, and is approved through December 31, 2018. The demonstration will enroll most New Mexico Medicaid beneficiaries and New Mexico Medicaid expansion Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) beneficiaries in managed care for a full range of services.
