Proposed Rule: Medicare & Medicaid Programs; CY 2027 Payment Policies Under The Physician Fee Schedule & Other Changes To Part B Payment & Coverage Policies

On July 16, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services presented this proposed rule regarding calendar year 2027 payment policies under the Physician Fee Schedule, and other changes to Part B payment and coverage policies for Medicare and Medicaid programs, effective on or after January 1, 2027.
